Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Rank1 IT Services LLC ("Rank1 ITS," "we," "our," or "us") services, products, or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Our Services

Rank1 ITS provides:

  • AI Implementation Services: Custom AI agents, automation, and consulting
  • Software Development: Web applications, APIs, and integrations
  • Software Products: SaaS applications including PageRoast, GhostMyData, DomiLead, and others

User Requirements

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into agreements
  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Use services only for lawful purposes
  • Not interfere with or disrupt our services

Accounts

For products requiring accounts:

  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • You must notify us immediately of unauthorized access
  • We may suspend accounts that violate these terms
  • You can delete your account at any time

Service Projects

For consulting and development services:

  • Project scope, timeline, and pricing will be defined in a separate agreement
  • Changes to scope may affect timeline and cost
  • We retain the right to use general knowledge gained during projects
  • Client retains ownership of custom deliverables unless otherwise specified

Payment Terms

  • Product subscriptions are billed in advance
  • Service projects are billed per the project agreement
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Refunds are handled per individual product policies

Intellectual Property

  • Our products, content, and branding remain our property
  • You receive a limited license to use our products for their intended purpose
  • You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer our products
  • Custom work ownership is defined in project agreements

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for illegal activities
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with other users' access to services
  • Upload malicious code or content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rank1 ITS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rank1 ITS from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to services for:

  • Violation of these terms
  • Illegal activity
  • Non-payment
  • Extended inactivity (with 30-day notice)

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will first be addressed through informal resolution by contacting us. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration. You agree to waive the right to participate in class actions.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice.
